She nodded as she held the key.  She wouldn't try to leave, as she had already planned it out and knew it was better for her to do as he wanted, as she knew he wanted her here with him, and she was accepting that.

||Claire||- Thank you. 

She said as she sat the keys down on the counter, not needing to hold them right now as she was looking around a bit.  He took her on a tour of the place as it was rather nice, it was comfortable.  He showed her the room that would be set up for the baby, and then to the room they would be sharing as he had a dresser for her, and a closet for her things. 

||Claire||- Nice.. 

She said as he did have a nice home, she put her things away then sat down on the bed, taking a breath as she was a bit tired, and worn out from the long day.

She didn't pull away or anything when he kissed her as she just looked at him nodding her head after a moment.

She said as she climbed into bed like he told her to do, as she covered up laying there watching him a bit.

He took a pair of pajama pants from the dresser then left the room. He wanted her to feel safe and comfortable with him.
Since he wasn't tired, he headed into the room they could use as the nursery and started to clear it out.

Claire laid there for awhile as she was thinking about everything thinking about how things would be for her now that she was here, as she planned on making the best of things while she could.  After a little bit she did doze off.

Once the room was cleared out, Douglas checked on Claire and smiled when he saw she was sleeping. He quietly closed the door and went to the guest room for the night.

She woke up in the morning before he did.  She got up cleaning up a bit, as she got dressed.  Once that was done she headed downstairs as she looked around a bit.  Once in the kitchen she pulled a few things out of the fridge and cupboard as she was making breakfast for Douglas and herself.  She was just setting the table when he came down stairs. 

{Claire}-Morning. 

She said in a quiet voice as she looked at him, as she was still a bit afraid of him.

He held the chair for her before he sat down across from her.
"I was thinking about inviting your father for dinner tonight. Let him see that you are okay."

She nodded as she was thinking about it, as she would like to see her father.  She took a bite of her food seeing that he was waiting for her to try it first... There was trust issues all the way around, but she said nothing, as she was just eating a bit.

She said as she felt her father would want to see where she was at anyways.
