She jumped as she looked at him as she went to back up and run back out the door, knowing Tony hadn't had the chance to leave out of the driveway yet.

She went outside, when Tony saw her running out he stopped getting out of the car, as he ran up to her.  She told him who was in the house as he got her inside his car, and called Ziva, who out of instinct called Gibbs letting him know there was a problem at his daughters place.  Once they were all there they got her out of there and then looked inside seeing no one there as Gibbs was giving everyone a lecture as they went to the police station. 

||Claire||- I don't know why he's still bothering me.

She answered when her father asked.

||Claire||- I know he is mad about his brother being with Belle.

She said remembering what he had told her when he first attacked her.  He didn't seem to have much love for Drake, but again she didn't know him really at all, she was just neighbors and friends with Belle. 

She nodded as she looked at him as she knew him rather well.

Claire: Yes, I worked a case on him and one of his sons. 

She said as she was thinking about it.

Claire looked through the file as she was checking things out a bit as she nodded some understanding a bit more now. 

Claire: Well all he is going to get is put in jail.

Well once he got caught. 

She wasn't to pleased about that thinking what he had already done to her, as she looked at him.

Claire: Do you have any idea what he did to me?

She looked at him as he looked at her head.

Claire: Not just that.

She said getting up as she turned looking out the window.

Claire: He raped me for a month straight, because he couldn't get to Belle...

She said as she walked out of the room not wanting to look at them as they were standing in there shocked as they hadn't been told that much.

She didn't stop walking as she was heading out the door, she did hear what he had to say to her though, as she thought about it just for a second.

{Claire}- Not if I can help it.

She said as she would do what she had to, not really trusting the law on this, seeing how they jumped to make a deal with him.  She just walked out of the station as she was needing to get away from them for a bit.  She didn't go far just standing outside as she closed her eyes a moment taking a deep breath trying to clear her mind.

She looked at him and could tell that there were things that she wasn't being told.  Which worried her a bit as she thought about it.

||Claire||- What aren't you telling me?

She was rather upset to hear this, as no one said a thing to her at the hospital, no one warned her of anything, as she was looking at him thinking about it.

||Claire||- He kept me hostage for a month, that entire time he had every chance to take me to him, and he didn't, he kept me for himself... Do you really think if he had the chance he wouldn't do the same?

She shook her head thinking about it, as she wouldn't risk that happening. 

||Claire||- He's crazy, out of his mind, whatever he started out as when he was hired for this job, he isn't the same man, and I bet Joseph knows this by now and is already on a back up plan.

She just shrugged a bit as she was thinking about it, she didn't know what to really say about all of this but knew that she wanted to be as far away as possible from Douglas.

||Claire||- Do what you got to do.

She said looking at him as she was thinking about it.

||Claire||- I'm really tired, is there some place I can lay down for a bit?

Claire nodded as that was fine with her, she didn't care.  She was just wanting to rest.  They had started to turn around to leave when they heard a voice.  She stopped looking up, seeing Douglas standing there with a gun, as her legs nearly gave up as she looked at him freaked out.

||Claire||- Don't hurt anyone, please.

She said more worried about her father and everyone inside getting hurt as she was looking at Douglas freaked out.

Claire couldn't move if she wanted too, not that she had the chance as she was told not to move by Douglas.  She just looked at him terrified not knowing what to do... She then heard the gun go off, two shots... First hitting her father and the second hitting her... she looked down seeing it wasn't a bullet but a dart, she looked confused as Gibbs went down first, then Claire as she couldn't move.  She looked up seeing Douglas grinning as he leaned down picking her up... He walked over Gibbs leaving with her as she was trying to get her body to work...

Even though she was drugged , his words made her shiver, she was terrified as she looked at him.  She started to cry a bit as she didn't want to go back to anything he had already put her though.  She tried to speak but she couldn't.  She watched him close the door as she couldn't do anything.  After a bit she just passed out, unable to fight it any longer, tears steaming down her cheeks.

When she woke up , Douglas was sitting at the end of the bed, she moved quick getting off the bed.  He grinned looking at her as he was telling her where she was as she looked around a bit.  It was Duncan who came in as hse ran over hugging him to the shock of Douglas.  Duncan hugged her back happy to see her.

||Claire||- I thought you died, I was os worried.   Did the other make it?

He nodded as she was glad that his step mother and sister made it... glad her warning had got out to him soon enough. Douglas looked pissed seeing that she was welcomed here, and not going to be tortured or killed, like he had been led to believe.

Duncan: You can go now. 

He said to Douglas, dismissing him as he smiled looking at Claire.

She looked away a bit as it wasn't something she wanted to talk about, she was just glad her friend was alright, she didn't want to think of something bad and scarring when this was a happy time.

Claire: I don't want to talk about it, I'm just glad you're all alright.

She said as she was fighting back tears.

She smiled when he said that as she was glad that she was going to be safe now.  She saw the look on his face as he glared at her, but left, knowing he couldn't do anything now, and he stood a good chance of not making it out.  She just hugged him again as she was thinking about things.

||Claire||- I'm so happy you're alright.

She smiled feeling very happy.   He helped her back into bed wanting her to rest a bit, as he sat there.  Talking with her as he was telling her how they got out , thanks to her.  She was a good cop, and knew that these were good guys, even if the others didn't know that, so she was going to protect her friends.

She nodded as she was thinking about it, she was feeling pretty tired, she smiled hugging her friend as he got up leaving, she snuggled in for some rest... She wasn't sleeping long when she felt a hand on her throat, she gasped out bring her hand up as she opened her eyes, looking terrified as she looked at Douglas.. Shocked.

She was gasping for air as she looked at him, trying to get him off her as she wasn't to blame for that, he was the one who had broken the law, she didn't do anything wrong.  She couldn't even speak though as she could barely breath, as she was fighting to not black out.

She cried out a bit as her nails were digging into his arm a bit trying to get him to let go as she was scared he was going to kill her.

||Claire|| Please...

She was barely able to get out as he just laughed, picking up and tossing her off the bed, she hit the wall curling up as she just tried to move away from him.  She coughed, taking in air as she got up and went running for the door but he grabbed her by the hair as she went to yell out, but he put his hand over her mouth, she struggled to get away afraid he would kill her.

She was crying, as she was trying to move, she couldn't push him off her.  She stopped struggling after a moment too weak to fight it, as she knew she couldn't do anything anyway as she was just crying, wishing she could just disappear.

She just curled up there crying as she didn't look at him, her lip was bleeding as she heard what he said, she didn't say anything back, as she would try something to get away from him.

She had no idea if he left the house or not, but she felt she needed to get away.  She found a long shirt as she put it on then snuck out the back window, falling half way as she just got up running off, afraid of Douglas finding her, thinking he was wanting to kill her.  She limped off the property as she went walking down the road looking around a bit, thinking she would get to a place and get to a phone to call for help.

She had no idea how he got there, but she was glad, as she ran to him.  He helped her in the car seeing how bad she looked as she was so glad to see him.  She just curled up in the seat as he drove her to the hospital to get checked out.

They had her in a bed, as they were giving her something to help relax her and help with pain.  They talked with Gibbs letting him know that she would be staying the night to make sure she was alright, and to run tests. 

||Claire||- He's not going to leave me alone.

She said trembling as she remembered what he had told her.

She was just too scared right now, every time she had tried to get away from him it ended badly for her, she was sure it would this time as well.  She was thinking if he got her this time he would kill her.  She just couldn't get away from her... Maybe if she went to him, showing him that she didn't try to get away , he wouldn't hurt her anymore, she didn't say anything as she just curled up laying there, pretty terrified, not knowing what to think.

She was shocked when she heard that as she was shaking her head thinking about it.  She didn't know, she hadn't really been checked out before.....

Claire: No, I didn't know...

She knew it wouldn't be like that, she knew if they all knew she was pregnant, it was only a matter of time before Douglas found out, then it would be even worse.  She had to protect her baby, she knew she had to find Douglas and as him to forgive her...

She just nodded a bit as she looked at him as she was thinking about things.. She laid there in the bed as she closed her eyes after a bit, being too heavily drugged.  Gibbs left her to rest keeping an officer on her, but the man didn't hang around long after Gibbs was gone.

Which gave a chance for Douglas to sneak in.  He grinned knowing he would find her, he was going to mess with her a bit more, until he got a good look at her file at the end of the bed, picking it up he saw that she was pregnant.  He looked up at the bed a bit shocked.

She heard her name as her eyes opened a bit, then more when she saw who it was as she started to tremble and move on the bed a bit.

||Claire||- Please, don't hurt me anymore, I won't try anything.

She said as she was shaking so bad she was crying.

She didn't pull her hand away to afraid of him as she was just looking at him hearing what he said as she was happy to hear that.

||Claire||- Thank you.

She looked at him not wanting him mad at her for this, that she didn't tell him as she was worried he would be upset with her.

||Claire||- I didn't know , I just found out I swear. 

She said not lying, and wanting him to believe her as she looked at him with fear in her eyes.

She just nodded as she looked at him, not wanting to argue about anything that he said, not wanting to set him off.  If this would keep her safe she would do whatever she had too as she just looked at him thinking about everything.

She shook her head as she looked at him , she didn't know anything other than she was now pregnant.  She hadn't been told anything else at all.

||Claire||- I don't know, I wasn't told anything else.

She just sat there thinking about it, as she nodded a bit, not wanting to think she wasn't listening , or not wanting what he was wanting.

||Claire||- A girl would be nice.

She was looking at him, glad he didn't hurt her this time, as seeing him any other time had always been bad for her... she watched him go as she was shaking pretty bad by the time her father came back, as he found out what had happened, pissed he took her out of the hospital.

She had been terrified knowing he wanted her to stay there, wanted to see her later.  What if he thought she took off again, what if he got mad at her, she was so freaked out her father had to have her sedated before taking her to another area, thinking she would be far away and safe from Douglas. 

He set up a hotel for her, and had her in, when he couldn't be there he had agents on the door, feeling now there was no way possible for Douglas to get any where's near his daughter.

Claire did as well, but she knew with as close as he was to her now, and with her being pregnant, it wasn't going to happen.  She was sitting up in bed now as she was thinking about everything.

||Claire||- He won't leave me alone until I'm dead.

She said knowing it was the only way she would ever get away from him, as she sighed thinking about it.  Not even knowing what to do anymore.

She raised a brow as she looked at him.

||Claire||- What do you mean?

She asked waiting for him to explain more.

Claire looked at him thinking about it as she shook her head.

Claire: I tried that already.

She sighed thinking about it.

Claire: Before you found me, I went through all that with the police, it didn't' work then, it won't work now.

She frowned upset as she was thinking about it.

Claire looked at him as she was thinking about it.  She knew what she had to do, her father wouldn't like it, so she just wasn't going to tell him.  She would go back to Douglas, if he came for her, she would go, she wouldn't fight or risk her baby, or her father.  She just looked at him as she was nodding thinking about it.

||Claire||- I know we will.

She looked at him when he said that as she was thinking about it.  She knew she needed to do whatever she had to, to make sure nothing would happen to her father.  She had to make sure that everyone was safe, she had a baby to think about, her father... She hugged him as she was thinking about everything.

||Claire||- I'm happy that we found each other.  I'm sorry that so much time was wasted.  I know that things are so messed up right now, but I know that I can make things right .

She said as she moved back after a moment as she was thinking about it.

||Claire||- The only choice is to go to Douglas.  He won't leave me alone, and he puts not just you at risk, but the baby as well... So I need to do whatever he wants to keep him happy and to keep us all safe.

She said as she knew it wasn't the idea thing, and she was terrified of him, and what he had already done to her, but knew that it was her only option.  It's bad enough that he probably thought she ran off again...

She looked at him when he said that as she was thinking about it.

||Claire||- Every time I resist, or fight him, he hurts me... When in the hospital I didn't fight, or run away, he was nice to me. 

She pointed out.

||Claire||- If he finds me,  and thinks that I ran on my own... He's going to hurt me, and maybe the baby...

She frowned, putting her hand on her stomach.

||Claire||- I don't see what other option I have to keep her safe.

She said as her only goal was the baby.

Claire nodded as she looked at him as she was thinking about it as she was about to say something as the door to the hotel was kicked open, she yelped a bit as she jumped on the bed.  She looked scared as Douglas came storming in, pissed that she had left the hospital as he had a gun out.

||Claire||- Don't please.

She said moving to block her father seeing he had a gun.

||Claire||- I'll go with you, i'll do anything you want, just don't do anything.

She said as he looked at her, looking around then held his free hand out to her, she went to him taking his hand as he yanked her to him, looking around then pushing her out, yelling at her for leaving when he had told her he would be back.

||Claire||- I'm sorry.

She said frightened.  Even though it hadn't' been her fault for leaving, she still took the blame as he roughly pushed her into his truck, as she just curled up there.

She sat there not looking at him, not wanting him to be mad at her as she was thinking about it.  She didn't leave by her own choice.

||Claire||- They discharged me...

She said as that part was true, she had seen the papers that her father signed getting out of the hospital. 

She nodded as she was just agreeing with him as she was thinking about it.  She didn't move her hand away as he held it as they were driving off.

Claire: Where are we going?

Claire just nodded as she was thinking about it.  She knew this was the right thing to do, if she stayed with him, and kept him happy, she would be safe.  It was what was best for the baby.

||Claire||- Alright.

She smiled a bit when he said that as she was thinking about it.  Grateful that he was going to let her talk and see her father.

||Claire||- Thank you.

Claire nodded a bit as she was thinking about it.  She wouldn't do anything to upset or make him angry.  She was just pleased he was being nice to her now.

Claire: Thank you.

She shook her head as she wasn't feeling all that hungry, but didn't want him to think he couldn't eat because she wasn't wanting too.

Claire: I'm not, but go ahead and eat.

She looked at him as she was shocked he had anything for her.  She looked a bit seeing he had clothes, and needs for both her and a baby that would be coming.  Vitamins to keep her healthy as she smiled a bit, glad that he was thinking of care, as it made her feel a bit safer, and not like he could flip and hurt her at any moment.

Claire: Thank you, Douglas.

She said after a moment.
