Keilani had been standing back listening to them talk... She was standing next to Layla as she leaned over and whispered in her ear something as Layla nodded thinking about it. Layla: Lily, please take Rei back to the camp. She said as she didn't want her sister at risk.  Layla then turned looking at Christian. Layla: We will leave. she said simply as she looked at the girls who just nodded, as she then looked to Keilani as she had already found a place that would be safe.  Christian glared looking at them, not trusting any of them, not liking that Keilnai had just whispered something he couldn't hear, and something about her sent confused and angered him as well.  She paid him no attention, which just pissed him off anymore as she just turned leaving as the rest of the girls started to do the same.

Keilani looked at the others as they went taking there leave, knowing they had a lot of work to do before they all left the area.  She felt this was a better option.  Not wanting to cause or see the ones she cared about hurt.

She was shocked when he kissed her, as she didn't know really what to do, bt nodded a bit as she took off going back to her pack.  She had talked with them as Rei had snuck back off, and was looking at Christian. Rei: You know we don't have to leave to keep her safe... She said as he looked at her shocked she was brave enough to talk to him alone, she was so tiny as it was.

She looked at him when he said that. Rei: When I was little, grandmother use to tell us stories. She said as she was thinking about it, her group went with the old ways, more than his did. Rei: She told us about imprinting and how powerful it really was... She told us once of someone just like Keilani, and how her mate was a wolf from our pack.  She said thinking about before they had been hunted and nearly killed off. Rei: Once they imprinted... She was no longer half vampire... The wolf fully took over.  She said thinking about it. Rei: What if the same is true this way... If she was to be fully wolf, and imprinted she could never be turned. She pointed out as it was what the elders had passed down and she believed this to be true.

His free hand moved down to her ass and gave it a squeeze as he pulled her even closer, so she could feel how hard he was.  He stopped kissing her as he started to move down her neck, nibbling and licking a bit.  Hearing her gasp a bit as he smiled. He stayed close, but out of sight. He didn't want to get her into trouble. She did that to herself enough already. He was just going to stay close and watch over her. He knew that she would find him when she was ready or even just when she needed someone to talk to.

He thought about what Layla had said. He hadn't realized that was what had happened. "I will care for her, Layla. I will not let anybody or anything hurt her. Not even herself." He looked at Rei. "And I will not force you into anything you do not want. I am happy just with being your friend, if that is all you want from me."
